Elisa Maloff Reiter has been Board Certified in Family Law since 1996. Ms. Reiter brings more than 26 years of experience to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Board of Directors.
In addition to her role on the TBLS Board of Directors, Ms. Reiter is also a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and the Texas Association of Family Law Specialists. She is also member of the Common wealth of Massachusetts Bar; District of Columbia Bar; and the State of New York Bar. Mrs. Reiter was Adjunct Professor, Family Law, Southern Methodist University at Legacy – Graduate Studies: Dispute Resolution Program, 2002-2005.
Ms. Reiter graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1980, cum laude, with honors, holding degrees in English and Political Science. She graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1983. In 2006, Ms. Reiter was recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly Magazine and D Magazine, a distinction granted to less than 5 percent of Texas attorneys. She is also AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.
